PERFORMANCE ON TAP

Performance on Tap is a private coaching firm for women whose lives are already successful and still expanding.

You lead. You decide. You hold responsibility across work, relationships, and the direction of your life. You are capable, accomplished, and discerning about where you invest your energy.

You are here because you know the next level of your leadership is not about doing more. It is about expanding your internal capacity so your body, mind, and presence rise with the life you are building.

This work exists to support that evolution.

THE FOUNDATION

A woman’s external success is shaped by the level of confidence she can consistently live from.

Confidence is felt in the body, reinforced through the nervous system, and expressed through decisive action. It shows up in how a woman carries herself, how she trusts her judgment, and how she enters a room already settled in who she is.

At higher levels of leadership, internal confidence becomes the determining factor. When the nervous system is bracing, when the body feels managed rather than lived in, or when self trust wavers under pressure, presence tightens. Energy is redirected inward toward regulation instead of outward toward leadership.

Physique shaping is foundational to this work.

The body is where confidence stabilizes and authority becomes tangible. It is where discipline, strength, and standards are reinforced through daily experience. When a woman’s physique reflects who she is and how she lives, confidence stops fluctuating. She moves with certainty. Decisions land cleanly. She no longer negotiates with herself.

Performance on Tap integrates elite physique shaping with nervous system optimization, precision nutrition, and lifestyle architecture because these systems shape confidence at its root.

The body is treated as a leadership asset. A competitive advantage. A stabilizing force that expands how much responsibility a woman can hold with clarity and ease.

When internal confidence is strengthened and the body reflects it, leadership carries weight without effort. Authority feels natural. Ambition expands without internal drag.

This is the foundation of the work.

THE SHIFT

As Performance on Tap evolved, a clear pattern emerged.

Most solutions designed for ambitious women ask them to adapt to systems that were never built for the level they operate at. More discipline. More mental strategies. More pressure disguised as progress.

What was missing was not effort. It was alignment.

High performing women do not need to be pushed harder. They need their internal systems strengthened so their confidence, energy, and presence can scale with their responsibility.

Performance on Tap shifted away from productivity driven models and surface level optimization. Instead, the work became about building internal capacity first and reinforcing it through the body and daily life.

Rather than managing stress, we expand the nervous system’s ability to hold it with steadiness. Rather than separating internal work from physical results, we integrate them so confidence becomes embodied and reliable. Rather than asking women to perform strength, we help them live inside it.

This shift changed the caliber of women who found this work.

Women who value precision over noise.
Women who understand that presence communicates before words.
Women who want their internal confidence and external presence to align.

Performance on Tap became a private container for women who are no longer interested in doing more and are ready to operate differently.

This is where refinement begins.

THE WORK TODAY

Today, Performance on Tap works with women whose lives already operate at a high level and are continuing to expand.

This work is not about stabilizing, fixing, or resetting anything. It is about scaling the systems that support how you lead, decide, and show up so they match the level you are operating at now.

Performance on Tap integrates elite physique shaping, precision nutrition, nervous system optimization, and lifestyle architecture into a single performance system. Each element is designed to elevate the others so confidence, energy, and presence scale with responsibility rather than plateau under it.

The body becomes stronger, leaner, and more responsive. Nutrition supports sustained energy, focus, and metabolic efficiency across demanding schedules, travel, and long days. The nervous system expands its capacity, allowing you to hold more without internal strain. Daily structure supports momentum and follow through without creating friction.

Women describe feeling sharper and more settled at the same time. Less internal drag. Greater decisiveness. A sense that their body and mind are finally operating as allies.

This is what it looks like when performance systems scale with ambition.

Performance on Tap exists to support that expansion.

Meet the Team

Kristen Anderson founded Performance on Tap for women whose lives already demand excellence and who understand that how they think, feel, and carry themselves determines how they lead.

Kristen is responsible for the internal architecture of the work. She designs the nervous system and identity conditioning that shapes how a woman responds to pressure, visibility, responsibility, and sustained demand. Her work is precise and deeply practical. It sharpens clarity, stabilizes emotional bandwidth, and builds the kind of internal confidence that does not fluctuate based on circumstance or performance.

Her background spans applied neuroscience, leadership conditioning, and elite physique development. She previously built and scaled Queens of Iron, where she became known for producing visible, lasting physical results through intelligent systems rather than intensity. That same systems based thinking now informs how she works with women whose bodies, energy, and presence are part of their leadership signal.

Kristen is board certified through IACT as a hypnotherapist and is completing her PhD in Psychology and Theology at Liberty University. Her work integrates nervous system science, identity formation, and biblically grounded principles of mind renewal and stewardship. The focus is not insight alone. It is transformation that holds under real pressure.

She leads Performance on Tap alongside a highly trusted team who execute physique shaping, nutrition, and lifestyle support at the same standard of precision. Together, the work aligns a woman’s internal world with her external presence so leadership feels steadier, confidence feels embodied, and capacity expands without internal drag.

She works with women who expect their physique, energy, and routines to support the level at which they live and lead.

With a background in education and instructional coaching, Sierra brings structure, clarity, and thoughtfulness to her work. She understands how women think, how habits are formed, and how to translate strategy into consistent execution.

Her coaching style is calm, precise, and deeply attentive to the individual. Sierra’s approach to nutrition centers on mastery rather than restriction. She helps women move out of cycles of dieting, overcontrol, and reactionary eating, and into a way of fueling their body that feels stable, intentional, and sustainable. Food becomes supportive rather than distracting. Energy becomes reliable rather than variable.

In training, Sierra focuses on intelligent strength work that builds a lean, capable, athletic physique. Her programs are designed to complement demanding lives, not compete with them. The goal is a body that feels strong, composed, and dependable, and a training routine that reinforces confidence rather than drains it.

Sierra is especially skilled at supporting women who are high functioning in their careers and expect the same level of competence from their coaching. She meets clients where they are, listens closely, and adjusts with precision as their life, schedule, and capacity evolve. Her clients often describe feeling calmer around food, more confident in their body, and more supported overall.

The result is not just physical change, but a sense of internal steadiness and confidence that carries into work, relationships, and daily life. Sierra embodies grit and grace in a way that feels grounded and real. Her work helps women stop managing themselves and start moving through life with greater ease, strength, and self trust.

Shelby Starks is an Advanced Body Recomposition & Physique Shaping Specialist at Performance on Tap, known for helping women build a steady, disciplined relationship with food and training that supports the life they lead.

With a lifelong foundation in athletic performance, Shelby brings a deep respect for disciplined execution and consistency. She grew up as a multi-sport athlete and learned early that strength, composure, and confidence are built through structure over time. Her professional background includes work in the equestrian world, where physical steadiness and presence matter daily, and formal certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Shelby’s approach to training centers on intelligent strength work that produces visible body recomposition while supporting recovery and longevity. Programs are designed to integrate seamlessly into demanding schedules and reinforce confidence through repeatable structure and progression.

In nutrition, Shelby is especially skilled at supporting women who underfuel while carrying significant responsibility. She helps clients establish consistent fueling habits that support energy, focus, and recovery so the body works with them rather than becoming another variable to manage.

Clients describe Shelby as grounded, attentive, and steady. Her coaching brings clarity, accountability, and calm leadership, resulting in a physique that feels dependable and a process that feels controlled.
