Kristen Anderson built Performance on Tap after years of working with high performing women and recognizing that the most disciplined, driven women in the room were the ones whose bodies had stopped responding to everything they were doing. These weren’t women who needed accountability or motivation. They needed someone who could actually explain why their results had plateaued and engineer a solution at the level they operate at.
Kristen is the Neural Performance Strategist behind the Applied Neuroscience Collection. Her work sits at the intersection of applied neuroscience and elite physique development, and it’s the reason this program delivers where others have stalled. The women who come to Performance on Tap have tried everything. The Applied Neuroscience Collection addresses what none of those programs touched, the neurological patterns driving stress eating, inconsistency, body image frustration, and the constant mental overhead of managing food and physique on top of running a company.
She previously built and scaled Queens of Iron, where she became known for producing lasting physical transformations through intelligent, systems-based programming. That same depth of thinking is embedded in every part of how Performance on Tap is designed and delivered.
Kristen is board certified through IACT as a hypnotherapist and is completing her PhD in Psychology and Theology at Liberty University.

With a background in education and instructional coaching, Sierra brings structure, clarity, and thoughtfulness to her work. She understands how women think, how habits are formed, and how to translate strategy into consistent execution.
Her coaching style is calm, precise, and deeply attentive to the individual. Sierra’s approach to nutrition centers on mastery rather than restriction. With a lifelong foundation in athletic performance, Shelby brings a deep respect for disciplined execution and consistency. She grew up as a multi-sport athlete and learned early that strength, composure, and confidence are built through structure over time. Her professional background includes work in the equestrian world, where physical steadiness and presence matter daily, and formal certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Shelby’s approach to training centers on intelligent strength work that produces visible body recomposition while supporting recovery and longevity. Programs are designed to integrate seamlessly into demanding schedules and reinforce confidence through repeatable structure and progression.
